Dr. CJ. Nwankwo is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who assesses and treats individual with mental disorders across the lifespan. He has experience in both inpatient and outpatient care delivery. As part of multidisciplinary care approach, he works in collaboration with psychiatrics and other advanced healthcare providers to provide an evidence-based intervention that will optimize your resilience to mental well-being.
What We Do
Resilience Behavioral Health provides outpatient mental health and medication management services that are client-focused and results-oriented. Resilience provides outpatient services that meet the treatment needs of individuals in a comprehensive, holistic, and individualized manner. Services are delivered utilizing evidence-based practices as applicable. We provide treatment to consumers who need in-depth evaluations and ongoing medication management.
The treatment philosophy which guides Resilience Behavioral Health is the belief that every individual has the right to develop to his or her fullest potential. Resilience recognizes the uniqueness of each individual and promotes feelings of dignity, a sense of self-worth, and the right to make informed choices.

Diagnostic Evaluation
The initial evaluation is strengths-based and recovery-focused. The Diagnostic Evaluation is a comprehensive assessment that guides treatment and sets criteria for discharge. The Diagnostic Evaluation process is a collaborative process between the consumer and the Psychiatrist/Practitioner.
